Collaboration Management

Collaboration management is an imperative need for SMEs that are known as traditionally isolated and, in many cases, because of this isolation, striving to invent the wheel. INCREMENTA project develops an effective educational method and training material that will help SMEs adapt to the market requirements of the modern economic situation. The methods and the material are highly depended on the Standard on Innovation part 5 (CEN/TS 16555-5:2013). The role of collaboration according to the standard is: “Collaboration can allow for the acquisition of new skills and resources. In addition, it can bring different groups together, improve the opportunities for successful creativity and innovation, solve problems and help exploit external potential.”
